In terms of what we need in order to start testing, we’re flexible based on what works best of you. For example, some clients only provide access to the app build(s) or website URL. This can be helpful when you want to see which aspects tester will find user experience issues in without having internal instructions. Other times, clients provide detailed notes about how each area should work and design files to check each section against. We’re very open on that front and used to working with whatever amount of detail works best for the client.
How do you communicate?

We send an invoice at the end of the work for that month and payment won’t be due for another two weeks (net 14). We accept payment via direct deposit, credit/debit card, check, & cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, DIVI).
