We dont require any long-term contracts. Our simple agreement only has a minimum of 20 hours! Before we start testing, we’ll make sure we’re on the same page about test coverage, including hours & devices or browsers.

We’ll make sure we’re set up with access to the app or site & preparing to dive in. Even if your devs are running behind schedule, we’re flexible. We usually only need one week’s notice to start testing.

We’ll start reporting bugs as we find them. Your developers can even start fixing the first issues while testing is in progress. We’ll keep you in the loop on the testing timeline before we even start, so you’ll know exactly how to plan around it.
